For the venture-backed insurance AI leader Qumis, I led a comprehensive brand and product design overhaul to clarify their value proposition in the complex risk market. The goal was to build a sophisticated, trustworthy brand and an intuitive product experience that would accelerate market adoption and create a foundation for scalable growth.

Qumis possessed a powerful AI engine, but their existing brand and product interface didn't fully communicate the sophistication and value of their technology. This mismatch created friction in the sales process and limited user engagement. As Creative Director, I assembled and led a multi-disciplinary team to execute a full-scale refresh.

We began by refining the core brand identity to project confidence and clarity, then translated that into a robust design system. This foundation enabled us to deliver a completely redesigned marketing website and a modernized product UI, creating a seamless and compelling journey for every user, from prospect to power user.
